Marketplace Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These Marketplace Terms and Conditions (“Marketplace Terms”) govern the use of the online Marketplace (“Marketplace”) provided by WEWEB SAS (“WEWEB”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Marketplace is designed to allow developers (“Sellers”) to share, sell, or distribute projects, UI Kits, libraries, and other digital goods (“Products”) with other users (“Buyers”). These Marketplace Terms are an integral part of the WEWEB General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) and are to be read in conjunction with them. By participating in the Marketplace, both Sellers and Buyers agree to these Marketplace Terms in addition to the GTC.
1. Seller Responsibilities
1.1 Quality Assurance: Sellers are responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and compatibility of the Products they offer in the Marketplace. Products must accurately match the descriptions provided by the Sellers.
1.2 Intellectual Property Compliance: Sellers warrant that they have the necessary rights and permissions to share, distribute, or sell the Products and that their Products do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties. Sellers are solely responsible for any intellectual property disputes arising from their Products.
1.3 Support and Maintenance: Sellers may choose to provide support and maintenance services for their Products. If such services are offered, Sellers must clearly state the terms and scope of support in their Product listings.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 Ownership and Licenses: Sellers retain ownership of their Products. By listing a Product on the Marketplace, Sellers grant WEWEB and its users a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and, as applicable, distribute the Product in accordance with the terms set forth in the Product listing.
2.2 Buyer Use: Buyers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products purchased or downloaded from the Marketplace strictly for their personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms set by the Seller and these Marketplace Terms.
3. Prohibited Conduct
3.1 Sellers and Buyers must not engage in any activity that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, violates any applicable law, or breaches the terms of the GTC or these Marketplace Terms.
3.2 WEWEB reserves the right to remove any Products, suspend or terminate accounts, and take legal action against those who engage in prohibited conduct.
4. Dispute Resolution
4.1 Between Buyers and Sellers: WEWEB encourages Buyers and Sellers to resolve any disputes amicably. WEWEB may, at its discretion, provide mediation services but is not obligated to resolve disputes.
4.2 Intellectual Property Disputes: In the event of an intellectual property dispute involving a Product, WEWEB reserves the right to remove the contested Product from the Marketplace pending resolution.
5. Amendments
WEWEB reserves the right to modify these Marketplace Terms at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the WEWEB website. By continuing to use the Marketplace after changes are made, users agree to be bound by the revised terms.
6. Liability
Sellers are solely responsible for any legal claims arising from their use of the Marketplace, including but not limited to claims related to the quality, safety, legality, or intellectual property compliance of their Products. WEWEB disclaims any liability for the Products offered in the Marketplace.
7. General
These Marketplace Terms are governed by the same laws and jurisdiction as the GTC. If any provision of these Marketplace Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Terms and Conditions for Dark World Marketplace
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.
2. Eligibility

6. Buyer Obligations
- Buyers agree to pay for items purchased and to provide accurate shipping and contact information.
- Buyers must not attempt to circumvent fees or policies of the platform.
7. Fees and Payments
We may charge service or listing fees to sellers. All fees will be disclosed before they apply. We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their performance.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Post false, misleading, or illegal content.
- Violate intellectual property rights.
- Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
- Interfere with the operation of the platform.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (excluding user content) is our property or licensed to us. Users may not use our trademarks or content without written permission.
10. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by users. We provide the platform “as is” and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.
13. Governing Law
